DAY TWO
Explore – Kianinny Bay is a beautiful, sheltered inlet in Tathra, known for its resident stingrays and pristine blue water. It is a lovely spot for picnics and summer swims, often protected from the wind.
The sun is shining and there’s more to explore right here in Tathra. Tathra Oysters has been judged Australia’s’ best on 33 separate occasions and are found on the menus of some of Australia’s’ most prestigious restaurants, including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Saint Peter, Bennelong, Café Sydney and Firedoor.
In true Tathra style, pick up these renowned beauties from a little shop behind the grower’s house. Add these to your hamper from Blend Providore, then head down the hill to Kianinny – a fun rocky bay, ideal for adventurous swimming and snorkelling, or just to sit on the lawns and take it all in.

DINNER: Drift Pizza
Their commitment to crafting the perfect pizza is a labour of love. Each one of their wood-fired pizzas is a testament to the artistry and dedication that goes into making them truly exceptional. They start with the basics, using only the freshest yeast and Italian pizza flour to create a dough that is tender and flavourful. Their skilled pizza makers hand-stretch each dough ball with precision, ensuring that every pizza takes on its perfect shape. The magic happens when they top these dough canvases with the freshest ingredients and slide them into their seasoned wood-fired oven. As the pizza bakes, the subtle aroma of wood smoke fills the air, a characteristic you won’t find in any store-bought pizza.
