The Oyster Farmer’s Daughter oyster bar sits on the water’s edge just metres from the pristine Wagonga Inlet where the Coxon family has their oyster lease. There you’ll meet owner Tash, daughter of oyster farmers Brian and Heather Coxon. The family has been farming Sydney Rock Oysters here for over 30 years.
Tash has created a stylish pop-up bar between the shore and the oyster shed, so you are guaranteed freshness. The bar offers oysters, local seafood, fish tacos, fresh-pressed juices and a full bar including creative cocktails.
