With its fascinating history and incredible natural beauty, Eden is well worth a visit. And to sample the best local produce, visit Sprout.

Owner Karen Lott set up Sprout to help the town as the fishing and logging industries wound down.  With a passion for environment and community, Karen established the Grow for Eden project, which encourages local gardeners to sell any amount of their excess fruit and vegetables to Sprout for the shop or kitchen. This community venture yields a wide range of deliciously fresh produce.

Clever chefs create a vibrant menu which skilfully reflects the seasons while catering to a wide range of dietary needs.

Sprout provides a unique experience to locals and tourists alike, so they leave feeling happy that their purchase was delicious, healthy, and ethical.
