In the fishing village of Bermagui, chef Nerine Hoek crafts flavoursome dishes with the abundant supply of fresh local mussels, oysters, and fish. This intimate restaurant is a seafood lover’s haven. Seasonality and variety are of the utmost importance to Nerine, and she fills her kitchen with fresh produce from boutique growers around Bermagui.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menus are diverse, and the servings are generous. In the mornings, the alluring aroma of freshly baked muffins, savoury breakfasts and Allpress coffee fills the air. By lunchtime, the menu shifts to modern Australian with an eclectic mix of Asian and Middle Eastern flavours. At dinner, seafood is the star ingredient.

The changing wine list boasts regional and overseas selections, perfectly paired with the seasonal menu.
