Guerrilla Roasters is a small batch specialty coffee roastery that supplies coffee lovers world-wide and cafes up and down the Gourmet Coast.
Owners Lewis and Mathew believe a great cup of coffee starts on the farm. Guerrilla Roasters was founded on the idea of sourcing impeccable tasting, quality and sustainable coffees whilst understanding and supporting the farmers and regions of where the coffee was sourced. They visit their partners all over the world to not only follow the bean to cup but also to build lasting relationships between farmers and those tasting the finished product.
You can pop in for a coffee or to book into a Coffee experience at the roastery. In their hosted coffee experiences you can learn about harvesting, coffee varietals, processing, commodity coffee vs specialty coffee, roasting and coffee making – and of course, coffee tasting.
