Cracked Pepper Kitchen Chef and owner Kristy Callaghan creates small batch preserves, condiments, and more all lovingly made from her kitchen set on the tranquil shore at Wallaga Lake.
Local seasonal produce is sourced from small farms and growers on the pristine far South Coast, as Kristy combines 25 years’ experience as a chef, working both overseas and locally to weave her culinary magic into her products.
Chutneys, preserves, herbed vinegars, pickled vegetables, artisan dressings and baked delights greet you on display at her Bermagui Growers Market stall each week, to tantalise and tempt tastebuds. Bespoke hampers featuring local gourmet wares are also on offer. Just be sure to arrive early at the market because the confit duck pies with cherry and cranberry relish sell out quickly.
