Broadwater Oysters presents an unrivalled ‘Tide-to-Table’ experience on the water’s edge at Pambula Lake. This award-winning working oyster farm offers fresh Sydney Rock oysters grown in Pambula Lake and harvested year-round, offering unique ‘merrior’ flavours across the seasons.

Book into Broadwater Oysters ‘Shuck School’ or ‘Farm Tour’ where you will learn to shuck oysters from the best in the business. Farmers Sue and Greg have over 24 years’ experience farming and shucking oysters. Learn about all things oysters, try your hand at shucking and afterwards relax and enjoy an Oyster Taste Plate or Regional Taste Plate .

If time is short, pre-book oysters to ‘Grab & Go’ from their range of fresh opened, unopened and bottled oysters. Or you can select a specialty ‘Chilled Out’ gift hamper to enable you to pick up from Pambula Lake and head off for a picnic along the Gourmet Coast.
