The Gourmet Coast Trail Inc. is a member-driven, not-for-profit association of food businesses. We champion exceptional food and local flavours on the south-east coast of Australia, from Batemans Bay in the north, to Nimmitabel in the west and to the Victorian border in the south.
Established in the wake of the Black Summer bushfires of 2019-20, our purpose is to strengthen our local food economy and inspire year-round culinary tourism to the Gourmet Coast. We promote our members through collective marketing, primarily the Gourmet Coast Trail website and social media campaigns.
Gourmet Coast Trail members share a passion for local food. We know our members and research their offerings to ensure that the food and drink we promote is grown, caught or made right here on the Gourmet Coast. There is a strong spirit of collaboration among food and drink producers here – many of our members share and collaborate with each other to create products and experiences that give visitors an authentic taste of our region.
We welcome new members who want to work in a collegiate manner with like-minded businesses to promote our region through collective marketing. If you are a business located within the boundaries of the Gourmet Coast, you host experiences or make or sell distinctive and quality products that star local ingredients, and you share our commitment to local food, please contact us to discuss membership.

At the bottom of each member profile there is a section that will allow you to either create a new trip and add that location to your new trip or add the current location to an existing trip.
